🎉 Iron Fit Kids Birthday Party FAQ
How long are the parties?
Each party is 2 hours long — 90 minutes of games and activities led by our event staff, followed by 30 minutes for food, cake, and gifts. Need more time? Additional time can be added for an extra cost.
What’s included in the party?
We provide tables, chairs, tablecloths, and a party coordinator who handles setup, takedown, and cleanup, so you can focus on celebrating! Our event staff keeps the energy high and the kids engaged the entire time.
What types of games or activities are offered?
We offer a variety of party themes and activities to match your child’s interests! Choose from:
Nerf Gun Battles
Ninja Warrior Courses
Dodgeball Games
Relay Races and Team Challenges
Your party host can select which games or combination of activities they’d like to include — our staff will take care of the rest.
When can we set up?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time for setup. If you’d like to drop off items earlier, please arrange this with your party coordinator ahead of time. After the event, we allow 30 minutes for cleanup and takedown.
Please note: to keep parties running smoothly, we ask that guests wrap up on time as other parties may follow.
How many guests can attend?
Parties include up to 25 kids. Additional children are welcome at $10 per child. Adults attend for free.
What ages are parties for?
We host parties for kids ages 4 and up.
Can parents stay during the party?
Yes! Parents are welcome to stay, take photos, and enjoy the fun.
Can we bring our own food or cake?
Absolutely. We do not offer catering, so all food, drinks, and cake should be brought in by the host family.
Do you require waivers?
Yes — a waiver must be signed for each participating child before the party begins.

Is it safe?
Yes! Parties are safely supervised by our trained staff, who guide all activities. Parents are still responsible for their child’s behavior during the event.
Can we customize our party?
Yes! We’re partnered with Rainbow Tree Events for bounce house and balloon décor add-ons. We can share their flyer or connect you directly for easy upgrades.
What is the deposit policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. If something unexpected comes up, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule based on availability.
