About the Club:
The Strong Girls Lift Club is designed for girls ages 11-18 to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a supportive environment. We focus on teaching proper weightlifting techniques and fostering self-esteem by shifting the focus from appearance to performance. Through expert coaching and a strong sense of community, we empower young girls to discover their strength and support one another in their fitness journeys.
Breaking Barriers:
The weight room isn't just for boys! It's time for girls to take their place and provide them with the tools to feel confident in the weightroom. This club is all about challenging stereotypes and proving that girls can lift just as well as boys.
Basic weightlifting techniques and proper form
A program developed toward making overall improvements in strength
Importance of strength training for overall health and fitness
Tips on nutrition and recovery
Empower her with the knowledge and skills to lift safely
Build confidence and strength, both physically and mentally
Learn the proper mechanics of lifting
Normalize being strong as a girl and connect with other like-minded girls
Learn from experienced coaches who are passionate about teaching and supporting her
Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers

Owner & Founder of Iron Flag Fitness
Kelly has worked in the sports performance field and fitness industry since obtaining her B.S. in Exercise Science from Illinois State University in 2008. She has trained athletes at professional levels to include the NFL, NHL, MLB, and WPS, as well as helped over 100 high school athletes receive college scholarships for athletics.
This clinic is driven by Kelly's dedication to helping young women realize their full potential. Kelly believes the weight room isn't just for boys and is committed to teaching girls the proper mechanics of lifting before they get to high school. Her mission is to challenge stereotypes and inspire confidence in every girl she coaches.
